Third Circular - 22nd PSSA Conference

Dear PSSA members, colleagues, and friends,

The dates for the conference are 8 – 12 September 2024.
So far two circulars have been sent out and are available on the PSSA Website.

In December 2023 a list of accommodation options was sent out with the 2nd circular. This is reattached here. We recommend booking accommodation sooner rather than later as prices will inevitably rise this year. ​

​Our preliminary budget for the conference results in a Registration Fee of approximately R2000 per delegate, with registration for students, postdocs and technicians being significantly less.
The purpose of this 3rd circular is to gather preliminary information for prospective participants, so that the planning committee can prepare a preliminary programme of events and finalize the budget. 

Please complete the short online form here (including information such as a preliminary presentation title) by 25 March 2024.

We will call for Abstract Submissions in April, and Conference Registration in June.
