PalBlog and PSSA's Website Makeover

With the world back in full swing so is the PSSA and what better way to kick start a new era than to freshen up the look of the society's website!

​We have taken a rather unique approach to the colour and design scheme only made possible by the wonderful art of Robyn Brown at Sciism.

One of the features I am most excited about is the PalBlog (what you are reading right now). My plan for this was to allow an easy way to share PalNews articles to a much broader audience. The second use will be to share updates about the website in an easy format. As you saw when you landed on the PSSA's Home Page you'd have been greeted by a sliding banner, the most important and interesting news will be placed here and clicking on it will link you to a blog or a page with more information!

I hope the website is to most people's liking, none of us are professional web designers and I haven't touched HTML and CSS since high school, so please do let me know of anything you'd like to see changed or is currently not working. Please note that most of my time has gone into making it work for desktop and slowly will work on optimising it for mobile.
