Fifth Circular - 22nd PSSA Conference

Dear PSSA members, colleagues, and friends,

This 5th PSSA circular is a call for Registration and Abstracts.

The dates for the conference are 8 – 13 September 2024. So far four circulars have been sent out and are available on the PSSA Website.

​Because of the large numbers of talks, the conference has been extended by one day as follows:

Mon 9 – Thurs 12 September

The registration fee for the conference is:
Students, Technicians and Postdocs: R 500
Professionals: R2 500
The conference registration fee is due on 30 June 2024. Please email proof of payment to [email protected]. Details for payment are provided in the registration form.
Price for the field trip is still to be determined and will be communicated once we have final attendance numbers.  We are aiming to keep the cost to below R500 per delegate.
 
CALL FOR REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
Please complete the registration and abstract form  and submit it by 15 June 2024 to to [email protected]
Note, no late abstracts will be accepted. Word limits and formatting details are outlined in the abstract form.  You will receive an abstract acceptance decision notification by 15 July 2024.
Be aware that we have received more requests for oral presentations than can be accommodated in the time available. This means that, following review of the abstracts, some of the talks may be reallocated to posters.
