Registration fees: Students, Technicians and Postdocs: R 500 Professionals: R2 500 Field trip fees: Because of the large number of delegates, the ESI (Wits) has agreed that their 50-seater bus will be used to transport Wits staff and students, and their transport cost will be an internal ESI arrangement. Non-Wits delegates): R 600 Wits delegates: R 350 NOTE: Most people have paid their registration fees, but there are still many outstanding payments for the field trip. If you have not yet paid, please do an online transfer as soon as possible. If you indicated on the registration form that you are participating in the field trip, and no-longer wish to attend, you must please inform Marina Rubidge by Monday 26th August (email: [email protected]) that you no-longer wish to attend. Failure to do so will mean that you are liable for the field trip costs. Make field trip and registration payments to the PSSA bank account (details below) and send proof of payment to [email protected] at which point you will receive an official invoice.
